Co-Existing with Coyotes
Co-Existing with Coyotes is a SPES program that aims to reduce conflict between people, pets and coyotes. The increase in human contact with coyotes and the need for public awareness was a driving force behind this initiative. Through personal presentations, signage, brochures and phone and email hotlines, the information we provide:
- Is easily accessible to the public and schools
- Uses a wide range of media
- Is developed in cooperation with the Vancouver Park Board and BC’s Ministry of Environment
Problems with coyotes?
Questions, reports of coyote sightings or comments are always welcome. Please telephone 604-681-WILD/9453 or email: coyotes(at)stanleyparkecology.ca.
